Relocated and completely renovated four diaper machines from Turkey to Middle east, and from South Africa to Nigeria. These machines were old hybrids that had been locally manufactured.
Our project consisted of designing a complete new process with a safety system that met ISO13849-1 standards, developed completely new software package, and training and development of new operational team which led to a green-field site in Middle East locally supplying their own products.
